Hi, new here. I haven't been tested for MS yet but I think I may have it. My mother has it and over the past 3 years my memory and speech have been slowly getting worse. I've never stuttered in my life until a couple years ago. A few weeks ago I woke up one morning and had a lot of balance issues for like 5 hours before it went away. Ever since then I've had this problem where once in a while movement of my arms/legs/neck is sort of jerky. Anyways, I was wondering if I had done anything recently which would cause this sudden balance and movement issues. I've taken L-Glutamine for about
3 years because I have food allergies and figured I had leaky gut and probably do. Recently though, I started working out and decided to double my intake of L-Glutamine and just a couple days later I experienced these problems. Glutamine is the only thing I had changed recently but thought that would be strange for it to effect me badly since I thought if anything it should be helpful. Naturally I turned to Google for answers. I found this: http://www.direct-ms.org/pdf/NutritionMS/GlutamineMS.pdf Which would suggest that L-Glutamine is a pretty bad idea for people with MS. What do you guys think?
