MS or something else?

I've got weird twitchy eyes, they make me lose my place when I read. They bother me all day. I wake up all disoriented with regards to vision and balance, whether in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, when I first open my eyes, they swim around crazily for a few moments before being able to focus. I also have some fuzzed out areas in my visual field around the outsides. Also, I'm dizzy and feel physically spacey and lacking balance. I saw the opthamologist and my eyes look fine. I've got sharp pain in my cervical spine when I turn or bend my head in certain ways, and the back of my neck and back of my head feel very tight and kind of weirdly numb. And my ears are plugged.

Do you think this is MS, or something else?

Thanks. I am seeing a neurologist. I had an MRI last week on my brain only, which showed only a pineal cyst, no white matter lesions. I am concerned that I have spinal lesions, though, because of these symptoms. I am trying not worry too much but it's hard. Thank you, I will look for a neuro-opthamologist, and also have my ears checked. I should also be having a cervical MRI soon. Good to know that the sharp neck pain is not a normal MS symptom.
