Does this sound like anything familiar?

I know you can't diagnose me and I am not a hypochondriac, but I wondered if any of you have had anything similar. I seem to get headaches often. I have had numbness in my hands and feet that have traveled upwards towards my arms and legs and in the face. I get a tingling sensation in my hands and feet and legs. i have had a loss of dexterity in my hands. My hands and feet clench up and lock up. I get shooting pains down my arms into my fingers. I have muscle spasms. Sometimes blurred vision, and weakness.
