MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Does anyone know of any programs for people w/out insurance? I recently moved out of the county that offers county health care and can't seem to find any other assistance...I do now qualify for work, as the Medicaid office told me I could make no more that 200 a month to meet the criteria. Crazy, huh? I am on Avonex and will have coverage through them for my meds until April. Any ideas/input would be greatly appreciated. I do work a full time job, and have two children, for what it matters.

If you go to the company's website that makes Avonex, they usually have patient assistance programs. Or, you can call the company. Sometimes Drs. offices don't know everything about patient assistance programs. And, sometimes the companies offer coupons where you only have to pay $X of dollars a month as a copay.
