My skin burns even in warm water

Hello,
I wanted to ask if anyone have had burning skin while showering, even in warm water, like I had gotten a sun burn and and when water hits it it burn even more. does any one have this? Im new to this site. My doc thinks I have MS, Because ot the nerve pains, Pins and needles, numbness in my face, head, feet, legs, back. Im going to a Neuro soon. Can someone help plz?
