So since July I have hurt my low back twice. Don't know exactly what I did. X rays showed healthy disks but I could barely walk for a week- did Ice and advil. I am seeing a chiropractor still. He said my pelvis was titled and I had mild scoliosis which probably attributed to whatever I did to cause inflammation down there. My sciatic nerve was also bothered, but I get that pain off and on. A month later I ended up getting TMJ pain- had a custom guard made. It got worse. Now I am waiting to see an oral surgeon- it feels like muscles EVERYWHERE are tight, I cannot get them to relax (well, except muscle relaxers which I have leftover from my back) My doc did blood work, says I am anemic so I am taking A LOT of iron. Two days ago I noticed this electric type shock sensation on arms and legs, it's constant! My blood vessels in my arm pop out SO MUCH. If I put my arms UP I can literally feel the blood going downward through my veins- I HATE IT. I am taking Xanax at night, because Doc thinks I have anxiety, but I haven't mentioned this new electrial shock sensation. I have had muscle spasms/twitching/cramps in legs for months only at night... that is why he put me on Xanax. Now I feel my muscles spasm in my jaw joint and back, I feel crooked and I feel bent up and just plain miserable. I am trying to not let the anxiety make it worse. Feels like someone is pushing down on my shoulders too. (TMJ related I am sure) I can't eat normal foods because my mouth won't open wide enough nor do I want to set off that masster muscle again. My ear hurts because of it, on left side. I am constantly rubbing my arms over the past few days and moving my legs around. I do have RLS and doc gave me Xanax for it. I am also on Wellbutrin, but I need to up the dosage.
So, not sure if anyone can shed some light on this. I have one co pay visit left for the whole year and I don't want to waste it!! I need to know how to expalin all this to my doctor at the end of this month. I have spent so much money already... :(
