Brain lesions not from MS-but other demyel. per Neuro

Even tho I have been diagnosed with LD and am having a lot of progress after only one week I am having leg weakness and aches, and blurry vision at times. When I first started the megadose ABX I felt so good-no sx for 5 days. Then I felt some aches and wkness. for 2 days and am worried that this m/b bigger that LD.

Altho when I had a brain scan in October that shows lesions the Neuro said it is not MS but another demyel. disease. How does he know for sure?

I too have MS due to LD, in theory, if you erradicate lyme from your body with antibiotics, lesions should heal on its own and you should recuperate your strenght. Make sure you see doctors you feel comfortable with and ask all the questions. Good luck!!

I was wondering about the lesions being gone with the abx. so
that would be good, if it is true!
How did you find a Neurologist who is Lyme-Literate? Mine does
not know about LD. (And he does not agree w/my positive Igenex Lyme test)
