Hello Eden and welcome.
Dealing with anxiety and panic attacks are horrible, I'm sorry you are experiencing them. I hope your Dr. has addressed this issue with you if not please seek the help of a Psychiatrist and/or a Psychotherapist. If your anxiety/panic attacks are controlled then it's possible the abnormal sensations you are having will go away.
There are many conditions, vitamin/mineral deficiencies and medications that can cause abnormal sensations such as the tingling you are experiencing. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome does cause numbness, tingling and pain in the hands. It can take time for a vitamin D deficiency to improve. Raising your D level can take months to (maybe) over a year. Blood work every 6 months to a year helps monitor if your D level is increasing. Some people need to take more D3 and some do fine at a lower dose.
Usually when someone has body wide symptoms it's not Multiple Sclerosis, that's just not how MS works. There is no symptom(s) that is unique to MS and no single test, by it's self, that can point to MS. MS is diagnosed based on medical history, neurological evaluation, testing and ruling out other conditions.
