So I'm not technically diagnosed with MS yet, I've had my MRI done and my lumbar puncture results come back in about a week, but I've been trying to figure out if my visual problems are more from the possible MS or my migraines since my neuro thinks MS is likely.
I've had visual snow for as long as I can remember and other parts of palinopsia like after images of stuff that is really bright after I look away from it, halos and stuff around lights especially at night with headlights and street lights, and more recently a sort of trailing behind what I'm looking at that is moving but that is usually only for a few minutes when I go from a dark room to a light room or turn on a bright light at night or something like that. I also get a lot of floaters that cause flashes, and get a lot of flashes when I blink. My vision has become a lot more sensitive to light it seems and I've noticed more blurry vision, I'm less able to focus on some things farther away, and my eyes keep going out of focus a lot more than normal over the last few months, which is when I've noticed the symptoms and stuff that made me go to the doctors and when the symptoms that my neuro picked up on as possibly being MS related were occurring.
I just don't know what all could be related to my migraines that I've had since I was maybe 9 years old (I'm 21 now), what could be related to the possible MS, and what could really be just there that it doesn't really matter the cause because it's still happening no matter what the root cause of it is. And I'm wondering if anyone has any sort of insight into if you can predict any sort of course of how your visual symptoms can go with MS, because with this much blurry vision, trailing, going out of focus constantly, and not being able to see far away (especially compared to my vision before which was 20/20 but with visual snow) that seemed to happen kind of all of a sudden it makes me a little worried about what it would do later on.
