Concerned about possible MS

Hello,
A few months back (December) I began getting awful chest pains that lasted four days and pain in my arm. Within the same week, the pain in my right arm moved to the other (left) side where it has stayed. In addition, there is some pain in the leg on the left side as well. Around 2 weeks later, I noticed a sensitivity to light began. I wouldn't say I have blurry vision, but something clearly changed. My doctor ordered a Brain MRI (w and w/o contrast) which came back the same day, clean.

Later in January, about a month after this started, I started feeling some numbness/tingling in my fingers on my right hand (opposite side of the arm and leg pain). Then some tingling under my left eye. Many things have come on quickly and I am genuinely concerned. The numbness isn't always there, but ehen it comes back, it freaks me out. My doctor put MS in my head and for the last 4 months I haven't been able to think straight... Do these symptoms indicate MS?

I have a neurology appt in May, but I need some guidance here. I have had a neurological test for balance, gait, reflexes, ect by my PC, and that looked normal. Would a normal brain MRI and neuro test point to MS? What else could it be?

Thank you for the quick response. The only symptom I notice that comes and goes is the numbness in the fingers and face. Everything else (sensitivity to light, discomfort in the arm and leg) have been present since December. I had the neuro exam done by a DO, so not a neurologist or anything. That is the appointment coming up... They only ordered an MRI on my brain, not the spine so I guess I am worried there...although I have been told it is rare to have a clean brain MRI and have lesions on the spine, but not unheard of. I am a 26 year old male.

If it isn't MS, what else could cause symptoms like these? An ELISA test ruled out Lyme, but I have been told that isn't a very accurate test (I did come in contact with Ticks in November). Anything else it could be?

I have posted on it, but is there anything else I can be doing? I am incredibly freaked out and the last 4 months have been hell for me.

Yesterday, I got a new symptom. about midday, I started noticing tingling in my right foot. Went to sleep and when I woke up, my inside part of my right foot had a noticeable sensation change... I know that my stress level isn't helping the situation, but I am lost as to what is going on with me.
