The reason I asked if your symptoms started after you were prescribed omeprazole is because this medication has serious side effects such as shaking and trouble swallowing.
For the most part it's up to us as patients to research the medications that are prescribed and to be aware of possible negative side effects we may experience. Sometimes the only way to know if medication is the cause of symptoms is to go off the medication. This should only be done with your Drs. knowledge.
Tremors, in my personal experience, don't come and go. As I said previously, mine can be subtle --- my husband notices the slight tremors when I am holding utensils but I didn't notice until he pointed it out to me. Sometimes they are very obvious to me and others. But, my tremors are always there to some degree.
In your title you asked if these are signs of MS. If I may explain the difference between a sign and symptoms:
Symptoms are those things we experience or feel and can referred to as subjective.
Signs are findings from testing and exams/evaluations. and can be referred to as objective.
Shaking when anxious, upset, angry or any strong emotion is very normal for many people.
I hope all goes well at your Neurology appointment.
