Had my MRI and got the results

Hey guys, I had my MRI and got the results the next day. The doctor emailed me back saying that my MRI showed 2 small nonspecific lesions in my brain which are not typical of MS. Cervical and thoracic MRI were clear thankfully. Has anyone had this before? I feel like a lesion is a lesion! Are there really different types of lesions? She ran some blood work on me and the only abnormal thing was my Sedmintation rate which was 68. She told me that usually that is a marker for inflammation. For now, she just wants to wait and observe to see if my symptoms continue or clear up as she doesn't see positive or abnormal imaging or labs. It's kind of making me wonder about lyme because I have heard that lyme also causes lesions. I will also be positing on that forum as well. Thank you for all your help guys!
