I have read about
a possible EBV, B12 deficiency, Vit D deficiency and MS. What are your thoughts or experience?

Multiple Sclerosis has been around since at least the 1400s and to date is still not fully understood.
Vitamin D deficiencies can be found in approximately 85% of the general population and has been connected to many conditions. A vitamin D deficiency can cause many symptoms.
A B-12 deficiency can cause many symptoms and is a mimic of MS and does not indicate MS.
EBV is found in approximately 95% of the population but 95% of the population does not have MS.
All of the above just to say none of what you have listed would indicate MS as a cause. There is no blood test for this disease and blood work is to rule in/out some of the other possible causes to ones symptoms.
In my case --- I have never had the EBV (per blood work) and I have never been B-12 deficient. Vitamin D information and testing is relatively new but I am D deficient unless on prescript
ion D. Many people with MS are heat intolerant so we don't get out in the sun very much.
