I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, degenerative disc with stenosis, osteoarthritis, chronic fatigue (Chronic Pain Syndrome) with total back fusion from the arthritis. Now I have something neurological going on. It started with twitches in my hands, drooping eyelid, falling and having no recollection of doing so, severe cramps in my legs, feet and sides and muscle tightening which causes my knees and arms to flex and jerk and I drop things constantly and don't realize I've dropped them until they hit the floor. I have had a head MRI, full back MRI and they say it is not MS nor is it my back problems. I have had every blood test imaginable. They have ruled out 6 neurological diseases and are now sending me for EMG testing. They suspect ALS and I'm stressing more about
a non-diagnosis. Does anyone know how you can speed up a diagnosis. I've heard of a clinic in Toronto, ON and am considering that. They do every test imaginable to find a diagnosis. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
