Hemorrhoid

I have hemorrhoid problem since 2016
I have eat papaya to soften my faeces but it doesnt work
I also take 2 spoon psyllium husk daiky, but not work
Anybody know how to solve this problem

You should discuss this with your doctor. Lots of fiber AND lots of water should help. You can also take over the counter stool softeners such as Colace. Exercise like walking can also be beneficial. These are the strategies that have worked for me.
