Odd symptoms ms

Has anyone ever had ringing in the ears for the first symptom of ms ..I started experiencing ringing in ears high pitched cuts out muffled .went to the first ent he automatically said I had ms without an audiologist test .so I got mad went to different ent doctor he said that's not true blah blah.anywyas my hearing test were all normal so now I'm worried what if that old doctor was right ..when I think about it before my ears were ringing I had 2 numb toes one morning for few weeks on off when I woke up .and before that I experienced a ocular migraine after I gave birth about 8 weeks postpartum have t really had those just few times or of I wake up to fast go into light I see it as well anyone's opinion I'm going back to my main doctor for her opinion

Thank you for you're comment .yes I know the ringing in the ears is rare for ms .but I have nothing else wrong with my ears though so it's scary to the least ..but ocular migraine I have and then the toes going numb ..wouldn't the numbness have stayed though of it was ms also my face is twitch were my chin is this could b paranoia from the doctor now .but I hope I do not have ms ..I feel bad for everyone who does I will most certainly include you in my prayers everyday
