Cervical (neck) MRI and symptoms

I am not diagnosed but have been concerned that maybe I have MS.  I have had facial tingling for 6 years now, I have neck, shoulder, and ear pain.  I am a migraine sufferer, these started 8 years ago, my mother and her father have had them all their lives.  What kind of symptoms would I experience if I had lesions in the cervical (neck) region?  I have no numbness, weakness, bladder or bowel problems, vision is fine.  I have weird feelings on my upper back, and upper legs (just on the tops), but these only occur when I have clothes on, as soon as I pull the clothing away from my skin it stops.  Bedsheets don't bother it, and the feelings on my legs are only their when I have pants on and I am sitting.  Neuro feels that this is coming from migraines, something that he called increased central sensitization.  I had a brain MRI w/ contrast in April 06, it was normal.  Neuro also said that lesions in the neck area would not cause facial tingling, could they cause these other feelings, migraines, etc?  I am having a MRI tomorrow, and I'm scared to death.  Any help or thoughts will be so much appreciated.  Thanks, Jen
