Ok - sometimes I get it by the stupid tree ( I take drugs for that too ). My ankles and legs are soooo "tight" and painful when I stretch them. This is MS related right? I suppose switching to denial is nice...
I know mobility issues and MS are good friends, but I don't understand how it starts... i was told I have right sided weakness a month ago and now my left archilles tendon is very tense all the time and my claves on both sides are tight. I think for the most part my gait issues aren't too noticeable. When I am at home, and I am alone, I try to walk without pain and the gait issues are worse and find the walls and the door knobs to be my friend. However, when I am at work, or in public, or with family or friends and I need to walk, I go very slow and find ways to deal with the pain so I can walk "normally." Is this how it starts?
I have been having issues since June with my legs. It started on a "peak" with a relapse and since then has never been the same. It got slightly better and now it gets worse. Your response is appreciated =)
Thanks
