Coming Home

I have been living here in Australia for a couple of years now and was even DX here, something my American Doc faid to  do for 5 years, anyway my family and I will be coming home in March.  Im pushing 40 and cant stand on my feet for long periods like I used to which if I stay in my current line of work I would have to do.  Leaving is not what I really want to do but parents are ageing and no one to care for them but me.   Not really sure what my options are going to be for work when i get home.  I have been in the same field for 20 years and dont know much else.   Im just wondering what some of you have done to find work with M.S.  My old employer has already said no to me due to the M.S so much for all them years of service.  Can you imagine having to leave a 6 figure paying job and go home to no job, sorry  well I bet this happend to a few of you . Im really down in the dumps about this, not so much about leaving but just knowing Im going to find it hard to find a job.  Thanks for your time.
