Reversal went well

My daughter jmm1016, who has posted recently, has come through the reversal very well, had it done on monday.She was nervous because it was 3 weeks earlier than scheduled,tks to all who replied to her a made her feel strong.We has 4 trips to Er since  1st surgery,Surgeon said stoma shrank after 1st surgery causing it to kink, we tried to keep things flowing until october.We are waiting for the bowels to wake up,Surgery was done in Philadelphia,Pa excelent surgeon.So now we start phase to and she will be posting or I for things to watch for .At no point has she regretted her decision,I met a guy at the Hospital who had uc for 20 years ,Imuran wasn't working anymore, He just said its time to get it out,This surgery isnot easy but, it seems better than living with UC.My daughter had no problem with bag, because she had control again Will keep ya updated tks for your answers to jmm1016
