Hi Everyone! i had my takedown surgery on Monday and everything went really well. I came home today! im still in some pain, but im ready to begin my new colitis free life! thanks for all the support! and to anyone thinking about having the surgery, my journey was a long and extremely bumpy one, but so worth it! i wouldnt change a thing! :)

Great news Jen! My daughter, Bratcat, had her step 1 on July 3. She is having her step 2 on November 10 (she could have had it in October but wants to wait to fit it into her school schedule).

Keep us posted on how you are doing. Hoping each day gets better and better.
