OT- Need a yearbook quote

Hey everyone,

I need a quote for my yearbook. Can you believe I'm a senior!? Because I was diagnosed in 10th grade and have been through so much in the past few years, I would like the quote to reflect what I've been through and how strong I am because of it. It doesn't have to discuss UC or surgery. Looking for something about overcoming obstacles, strength and perseverance. It can't be too long. A quote, a part of a song or whatever you guys can come up with.

I'd say..."what a long strange trip it's been". But, I think it's been quoted in every yearbook since the 70's.

Peggy-I officially need to submit my information online by October 24, but as soon as that is submitted it is one less thing to think about.


So far I'm really loving all these quotes and it's making it harder to choose. Keep them coming!!!

Someone here on this board has a quote in their signature, can't remember who right now, that says,
"I'm not a complete idiot - parts of me are missing"

I know that isn't exactly a yearbook quote, but it makes me smile everytime I read it. I'll continue to think on this request.

this isn't really anything to do with ostomies, but one of my fav quotes is.

Hey bratcat =) Im kinda excited to finally see you on here! Im a senior too so I deff know how hard it is. I think i might have to take chem a THIRD time in college bc i keep missing so much school Its so hard to get caught back up.
So do you have an aol sn? Id really like to talk to someone my age who can really relate to the same things im going through

Thanks, flchurchlady!  I just couldn't remember who's quote that was while I was responding to the message.

My daughter is also a senior.  She had her colostomy surgery in April and another in June.  She found a t-shirt and the doctors love it.  It says......."NO COLON AND STILL ROLLIN"
