at school they sell flavored water and i used to drink it like crazy but never associated it with anything..but then i realized everytime i drank it i had realllly bad D! constantly going while i was drinking it so i stopped drinking that and started drinking gatorade..it makes me even thirstier which is wierd bc its supposedly the "thirst quencher" lol but its made me feel a little better (only been drinking it a few days) it hurts my belly a little and makes me poo so try different things bc everyone is different
