kind of worried about symptoms

Since my surgeries, I've been feeling pretty good and happy i did this.

Except for the last couple of weeks. I've been having some nausea and pain in my abdomen. I can actually feel my gut moving. And it's uncomfortable. and the movement makes me nauseous. I can't relate it to any time of day or with anything I eat. Then at times, I'll have this extreme hunger feeling. Like i'm starving myself (i'm not pregnant).

After I eat, I'll feel soo bloated. and i won't be able to eat much without feeling full.

I'm worried that I have some stricturing from scar tissue.

I go to see the Dr. 9/3.

Any other thoughts? 

I just feel like I'm a mess.

What you describe sounds like what my husband describes to me. He has been struggling with abdominal abscess and collection of infection since his surgery last Nov. When the collection is not draining he gets the feeling you describe. Also his muscles were not attached after surgery due to complications with sepis and infection so he said he gets that feeling on things moving thru his gut. It is a weired time.

question though for Casblah, in an earlier post of mine you replied that you had abscess complication for a long while after surgery, you said the problem was finally resolved with a second operation. Would you be willing to share your experience. We are facing that second surgery to explore and see if they can find the cause of the continued drainage and infection. thanks

I'm not vomiting. I just feel very nauseated. It's a really intense, awful feeling.

I just had a CT scan a couple of weeks ago and although they didn't make me drink contrast (only IV iodine), I think they would've seen abscesses....? I think.

I hope I can help you, but I don't have much experience in what you're dealing with.
Let me make sure I understand. You are going to have a reversal, but you have adhesions in the only 2" on colon you have left? That's not very much colon to have adhesions. Bummer. Won't they just remove it anyway if you have a reversal? I would imagine it would be hard to do it all through your ostomy hole only...? I would think they'd need other access to abdomen.
I would definitely go the surgery route instead of leaving everything the way it is (is that what you're asking my opinion-if i'd have surgery or not?) I would think if you left the adhesions/scar tissue/strictures alone, you'll always be battling with obstruction issues.
I know it's going to suck having another surgery, but dealing with blockages would be worse. And you may be facing emergency surgeries too. Plus, the reversal may work well. Then you'd could be done with it all! I hope i've helped.

temps normal. otherwise i feel great. And when i'm in between bouts, I feel perfect. I took an antacid this a.m. to see if that would help. So far, i actually feel even more nauseated.
When I'm sitting hunched up, I'm the most comfortable. And sometimes when i'm standing, i feel a 'pulling' sensation on my stomach, or at least at the top of my abdomen. And that pain will even radiate into my chest. It's embarasing when i'm at work b/c i'll walk hunched up.
I really don't think it's life threatening. When i've had stuff going on, I just knew it was bad. I feel the worst case scenario (and it sux, don't get me wrong) is that I have crohns disease after all (instead of u/c) and now it's going to flare up. OR another worst case scenario is scar tissue binding and pulling and twisting and causing strictures. Best case scenario, acid reflux.
