I use tighter tank tops...like the ones sold in the intimate stores/departments under almost every top and I've started to buy pants that either right at or above Penelope. I believe the tighter and more secure clothing keep my entire accessory from moving as much, which in return seems to prevent leakage/sores.
I've started running a bit...at least four times a week. I'm really just doing it to lose weight, but in order for that to happen I need to really work on better eating habits! No one would ever know that this chubby butt can run over a mile and in a few weeks I should be up to two! I really want a runner's body, so honestly this next week it's back to lite soups and deli sandwiches! I may even over steam some veggies and start that up again. Hmm.
Sorry I got off the subject there. Let us know how your sore heals up. I do know that frequent changing of the accessory will really help it heal. I had a pretty sore area one time from a leakage that I changed my accessory every 3-4 days for a couple weeks until it was completely healed. I know it gets expensive, but I would rather use the supplies that feel that itchy-stinging sensation that comes with the sores!
