Blood coming out from Stoma??

Okayyyyyyyy so i started freaking out because i thought i saw blood from my stoma (alot of it). But when i thought about what i ate and drank since i work up was only liquids. I had half a jug of strawberry juice, 1 bottle of protein which was strawberry flavor, and 1 bottle of creatine strawberry flavor, and i just ate an hour ago and my output was regular again..Has anyone had this type of scare before?

oh, yes!

mine was from red velvet cake and red candy corn for valentines day.

yes we all have red food coloring stories! mine was red velvet cake, and i got up at like 2am, in a hotel where my husband and i were at a conference for nurses and EMT's with what i thought was blood pouring out of me, convinced i was bleeding to death, trying to figure out if i should alert all the nurses or the EMTs. Until i had a moment of clarity, lol.
Beware, orange and purple can also do this!

ha i had a green food coloring scare (some dark birthday icing) I thought something was wacky with my gallbladder since I've had gallstones before, but then I remembered the birthday cake. Took a full day to get it all outta me.
