Recent ileostomy- experiencing burning

I'm new to this and my doctors seem to be stumped so I thought I'd ask to see if any of you have experienced this or have any advice. I had an ileostomy on 7/23/10 and I've been home 2 weeks now. I had no problems or pain at all until just this past saturday. Suddenly I started having all this horrible stinging and burning around my stoma. It seems to happen only in the evenings and when i bend at all. I contacted my doctor and ostomy nurse and neither had any idea. They said the stoma and skin looks perfect, so we're all a little puzzled. Either way, the pain gets quite unbearable and I'm hoping I can find someone who has maybe experienced the same thing or has some ideas. Thanks!

Lotions and powders reduce wear time and promote leaks. What is your wear time? It sounds like you have leakage around the stoma and open ulcers. You need Friars Balsam Compound Benzoin Tincture. It burns like fire on an open wound but not for long and it works. You apply with a Qtip. When it dries it is sticky and the wafer will stick to it. I get it from Canada.
