i'm not sure you should try prune juice yet.... for someone who's motility is normal it can cause too much diarrhea and possible dehydration. first of all NO celery, broccoli and cauliflower!! those are too fiberous for you right now. also, when you say meat, you mean red meat? red meat is also not good at all. the safe foods are: chicken, cooked and peeled carrots and zucchini, eggs, yogurt, broth, eggplant (w/o the skin! - it's skin is very problematic), cooked sweet pepper. you can eat a bit of pasta, potatoes and bread (not whole grain!), but just a little/day and not with every meal.
you're really too early post op and things are supposed to change and regular. you will be able to try new foods, but not before 6 weeks post op. and when introducing more foods, it should be one food at a time and small amount. see how it goes through and whether it causes you any kind of troubles like gas, bloat or pain. go slow with new foods and i'm sure that with time things will settle for you.
