Hi aarchi,
I also have had adhesion surgery and have more adhesions that need to be fixed, but Ihave been postponing it as I really don't want anymore surgeries either. I wear norspan patches for pain relief as well as endone for breakthrough pain, it is also for rheumatoid arthritis pain so not sure what your doc would give you. I believe there is a fix for adhesions where they put mesh in so you no longer get them. Not sure what its called but the lovely people on this forum have helped me with my questions about
adhesions before as well. I have just been hanging in there still, because I just hate the idea of hospital again. Hope you find relief soon and perhaps get off to your doc soon for a chat about
your options as well. Keep us posted
take care

Some have had relief with massage therapy.
