SOmetimes, rich foods can pass thru without slowing down enough to absorb all. Watch sugar, caffeine and see if you can get this under control. Are there any foods that you know will slow down your output, like eating part of a peeled apple or part of a banana before your meal? Every now and then, I get a digestive tract "bug" and I just can't slow things down. A round of Flagyl takes care of it for me, even tho I have a hard time taking flagyl. It's worth it to feel better.
