Who here has Colonic Inertia?

I remember a while ago there were quite a few people with Colonic Inertia, but since I haven't been here for a while, I thought I'd ask, I was diagnosed with it when I was 13, unfortunately the inertia is in my whole digestive system, I got Rectal Inertia when I was 16 and had to have that remover, I got a j-pouch, so I got a temp. ostomy while that healed, then I had it reversed, it worked for a while, but eventually all the pain and constipation came back, so I now have a permanent ileostomy.
Anyways, I'd like to hear your stories, if you're comfortable with sharing.

We think that maybe when I was developing before I was born, the part of my brain that controls digestion, didn't develop right.

But I'm not 100% sure that's why
