obstruction in the small bowel

I have a colostomy and a urostomy and was doing well until recently started get nauseous, and vomitting after a few days i went to the ER and they admitted me with a blockage. Liquid diet and mild rest with plenty of walking and had some inprovement, partial passing of gas a mucous and pain went down to a 2-3 from a 5-7. released two days later after a purge of liquid through the colostomy. No discharge in 5 days on a a very small soft diet, have no appetite, and can only handle cooked pears and apple sauce. Plenty of bowel gases and gurgling but nothing being discharged. Drinking fluids and uro discharge is normal.

Does any one have any suggestions, hoping for some BM soon.

Thanks for the tips, I'll try today and tomorrow. Warm liquids sound good plus the wet massage.

I would stop all foods. Go to liquids only. do all the tricks to get things moving - walking, twisting, bending, yoga poses, hot baths, hot showers, massaging back and abdomen. If things are flying through by monday, I would definitely get back to the ER. Get admitted, bowel rest, pain drugs, and when things get moving.. make sure you are eating GI soft foods and your system is working before they discharage you.
