I am scheduled for part 1 of 3 surgeries a week from today. 2 yrs on pred left bones weak. on Sat, slipped and fell, massively broke both bones in right forearm, shattered wrist (bone thru skin), emergency surgery needed to repair. they said no reason to postpone as long as I have help (I do), but will make it interesting. and yes, I am right handed. ugh.

Best of luck with your upcoming surgery. I hope you aren't in too much discomfort from your arm. That darn prednisone!

I am sorry to. I hope you're not in to much pain and that your recovery goes smoothly. Try not to worry, you'll be back to normal by summer. Good luck with your first surgery!

Glad you have help. At least your on the right road...step 1 will just be a little more difficult. Maybe you'll become ambidextrous?!
