Dang, I didn't even wait that long to go to the ER! Once I realized that I was dehydrated (almost passing out in my case), I headed right over. I think those muscles cramps are a serious sign as well.
Go to the ER.
If you are resistant to going to the ER, drink 8oz of G2 with 1/8 tsp of salt added. Or create a mixture of any sugar free drink mix (kool-aid, crystal light, etc.) with 4 cups of water + 2/3 tsp of salt + 2 tbs of sugar. Either one of these allows optimal absorption of water.
