Colons absorb water, while the small intestine absorbs vitamins and minerals, so you shouldn't need to take a multivitamin (I don't and I had my colon out 19 years ago) so long as you are eating a variety of food.
You do need to monitor your B12 and vitamin D however as these are most readily absorbed in the terminal ileum and many people with jpouches and ileos are often deficient.
Most importantly, keep up with your hydration. Water is key, if you're thirty avoid sugary drinks and most sports drinks as they will further dehydrate you.
