This is scary since I may be facing surgery to sew my anus closed in the, not too distant, future. I've been under the care of a new colorectal surgeon because the surgeon who did my proctocolectomy with end ileostomy retired in 2013. Just my luck
My UC is back in the anus. Today I am in such discomfort. I cannot describe it as pain...just so darn uncomfortable and I also have cramping. Of course these guys here in south Jersey don't know their butts from holes in the ground. My new doctor was not in the office a few weeks ago and I was seen by his associate whose thoughts are that I need to have more biopsies..ugh. Well, ever since that guy "explored" up there, I have even MORE discomfort. Called the office today, and, as luck would have it, they are all away on a conference! Sure, why not? I told the nurse that I have had it with the "look sees" up the butt. So, when I go to my regular colorectal surgeon on Wednesday morning he is going to have to go by the notes of his collegue. She said.."Well, Dr. Siemans may want to see what is going on himself". I told her..."I can tell you what is going on." UGH..so disgusted!!!
