I'm not sure you had a blockage. You can have liquid output without a blockage, and volume of output varies frequently. Expect variation in volume, consistency, colour, smell.... And with recent surgery you can have pain for all kinds of reasons.
Partial blockages for me involve BAD stomach cramps and nausea at the times the stoma is producing output. You'll know if you have a blockage, it hurts enough that you'll know about
it.
Don't worry if the output is watery, sometimes it just is. If the volume has reduced again and you've no pain or nausea, it sounds like whatever it was has resolved.
In addition to eating low residue, if you eat smaller meals, and things easy to digest it may be better for your intestine - it's still healing!
