I had tried ordering through my work supplier initially and they drove me insane. I ended up trying Byram Healthcare. They were great! Knowledgeable, got whatever scripts I needed to get my supplies from the doctor directly, and I never had insurance issues. It was really nice talking with somebody who knew what they were doing. You could reorder online but some of their website functionality seemed iffy so I usually just called. However, I don't know if they participate with Medicare.
How did you get in touch with someone who knew what they were doing?! Whenever I call and ask about
suggest products (like the emails/website say to do), they simply read me the catalog. I too hate the website, but otherwise love the ease of not having to do anything but call in my order. And now I hear they are starting automatic shipments, so I may just do that. I always think about
trying other companies, but wonder about
the whole "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" rule!
