A leak?

So I'm almost 6 weeks post op and my stoma is still really irritated, as in the skin under it pretty much. Skin on top and sides seem to be doing ok. I'm using the durahesive moldable convetec 2 piece system right now and I have a red circular ring all around my stoma but hurts more on the bottom. I noticed a little output on the wax barrier but it was a tiny amount. Could this be causing quite a bit of irritation? Every other incision has healed up pretty well minus the stoma, just wondering if maybe I'm possibly getting little micro leaks that's are causing discomfort and redness around the stoma.
Today I'm trying out the hollister new image 2 piece system with the adapt barrier ring. Going to try that for a week or so and see if maybe I am getting small leaks and not noticing with the other system?
Basically I'm new to this and wondering if you think I've possibly had a leak and that's what's causing the redness and discomfort, not sure what a leak feels like or how u know if you've got one!

I thought maybe it was still surgery pain and redness at one point but when everything else was healing I knew something was def wrong with the skin.
I switched over to hollister using the adapt barrier ring and that seems to be doing the trick, not in any more pain and the redness seems to be gone today.
Only issue now is I took the bag off this morning just to see how it looks and it seems like I might need to switch to a convex wafer. The wafer and barrier ring are pushing to the opening of the stoma.
Call the WOC nurse tomorrow and see what she thinks
