I'm 59 and 5 months post op collostomy, 2 bags stoma, and mucus fissla, emergency bowel twist and rupture.

Finding it hard bag seems to be ruling my life. Struggling to quit smoking.

But I have read loads of posts on hear and there are people worse off than I, so I need to change my ways, hoping healing well forum will help.
