Extra firm stool

Over the last couple of months it is getting harder and harder to "squeeze" the waste out of my pouch.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? And what did you do for it?

Pincushion I use closed bottom bags which I love, but before I started using them I found the hint here to spray the inside of the bag with PAM cooking spray and it really did make a difference getting the stool to slide easily. Remember too that PAM comes in flavors so you could maybe used the buttery one lol. Give it a try and let me know if it was as helpful for you as it was for me. ~PJ~

Are you drinking enough fluids? or on you on any different medications that could be causing the output to be thicker. I don't have thick output but one lady I know of swears by prune juice to sort out this kind of problem.

I use a spray on the inside that doea or used to work great.
I drink 10+ glasses of liquid a day.
It used to be fine, stool was semi soft most of the time, now more formed and nothing I can think of has changed in my diet or my meds.
