Best Ileostomy underwear for men?

Mackster, I didn't like anything that was out there so I use homemade ileostomy underwear. My mother-in-law actually makes it for me. All she does is takes the underwear I normally wear and sews a pocket on it for the bag to rest in. The pocket is made of spandex so it stretches a bit when the bag fills, and she just sews it onto the outside of the waistband. I don't know if you or anyone you know is handy with sewing; I've told my mother-in-law she should start a business because the demand is there. The best part is that I get to wear the same underwear I always wore.

I wore my pouch sideways covered with what I'll call a cumberbun for about 8 years until my wife introduced me to men's snugfit boxers. I then bought a stoma belt for $9.95 which I wear 24/7. I wish I had learned about this set up 9 years ago.
