I agree with the others, so long as there's no pain, it's probably not too worrisome. I know blockages can have the types of symptoms you describe, but you would know if you had one because you wouldn't be having output, and you would be very uncomfortable, plus it's been a while... Could it be a sign of a hernia? If you're worried, I would go to the surgeon for follow up. I definitely think you should cut the wafer bigger, don't want to choke and the stoma and stop things from flowing properly. My stoma never changed much the whole time I had it.
