Occasionally when wiping round my stoma I notice fairly slight flecks of fresh blood. Could this be normal or is there something that I'm not doing right? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Traces of blood produced by the stoma are normal. The stoma is the end of your small intestine with blood always present.
