I ate a lot of mooshy foods. Overcooked egg noodles, mashed potatoes, mashed carrots, ground meats only and also stool thickening foods such as pretzels and peanut butter, pancakes, stuff like that. For me personally, fish and chinese food gave me blockages and homemade Rice Krispie treats weren't good either. Start slow and after a few weeks your body will get used to what has been done to it and you'll start to eat more normal again and also learn what works best for your body.
