Sorry you are experiencing such difficulties. I had horrendous pain in my shoulder after surgery. The doctors told me it was from the air they insert into your body during surgery. It went away a couple days later like they said it would, but then I got gas pain that dwarfed the previous pain. And I had constant hiccups. No pain relievers helped. The doctor had to insert a tube thru my nose and down my throat that I guess sucked the gas out of me. It sucked alright. But it did provide relief. They taped the tube to the end of my nose. I had the forethought to take a selfie because I knew it would be hilarious...some day. And it is. Long story short I spent 11 days in the hospital, but it all passed.
Are you passing gas and poop through your stoma? If so, is the daily amount of poop in the range that your doctors said is normal? Are you eating foods that may cause gas? The other possibility is that it isn't gas at all, thus I concur with ks that additional testing may be in order.
