I feel like there were things i liked about
a lot of the products and things I didn't like. I kind of had fun trying stuff, and testing different products. I loved hollister wafers, but I hated that the tail end of the bag was so long. You really should try as many as possible, especially if you're going to keep the ostomy for a while... Find what you like. I actually liked the convatec setup a lot too, but their wafers are really big on the cut-to-fit. I love how the pouches fold up though. I liked the coloplast pouches, I loved that they make a "midi" size. I would often have a variety of products available, but I was lucky with my end, I didn't need rings or anything much. I wish I could make it except how I want it. That would be fun. there's a British company called "salts" that makes nice products. They sent me some samples, but it's hard to get them in the US. I do think you can be active in any of these products. They are all pretty versatile, it's sort of just what works for you.
