I’m looking for advice on how to avoid excessive gas in my pouch while I sleep.
Thank you

Try and limit your carb intake. That includes beer and fizzy sodas. Beans and peas are also major fart fuel so watch out. It's almost impossible to completely eliminate gas but you can decrease it by following these tips.
It can be quite unsettling when you wake up with a pouch that feels like it could explode leaving a horrible mess so good luck momasaka!

Phazyme or similar simethicone OTC helps me...
use it before bed or before a big meal...
a nurse in the nursing home gave me that good advice

After having too much dairy, onions, and certain vegetables that happens. I try to limit those things to lunch, that way the gas passes during the day.
