Ejaculation after J-Pouch surgery?

When having sex after J-Pouch surgery, I have an orgasm but no ejaculation. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how long until it returned to normal, or is this permanent?

You might want to post this in the men's forum on www.j-pouch.org There are not many j-pouchers on this board. The other board has over 5000 j-pouch members and is a good resource.

Max,

My Ex husband had the same problem after his perm colostomy surgery. A nerve was clipped in his prostate which caused the problem, nothing that can medical hurt you. Check with your primary care doctor or a urologist. Hang in there and good luck!
