lipgloss feeling very sick help

 yesterday she was given 2 units of blood as she was aneumic, today she was taken off the morphine and was put on tramadol and paracetamol. she feels very very sick and slightly dizzy, she feels very weak, and tired this is the fifth day the wound is healing nicely, but this is making her very emotional she wanted to know wether this normal, plz write back

IMHO, it's normal! I felt very much the same way, especially when they started messing with changing up my meds. And the depression is also normal. PLEASE let her know that. No one told me how normal my reactions were, even my extreme depression. It made things harder for me, because I couldn't understand why I felt so badly.
A few months after my surgery, a friend who suffered from clinical depression explained the stages of loss to me, and I could tell I had went through them exactly.
Also, please tell her to ask questions of us. If she's comfortable enough to tell you, so you can relay them to us, then we can help. We've all been there!
I know it would have helped me tremendously.
I hope she feels better soon. Make sure she gets up and walks, even though it will be hard for her. The walking really helps. As soon as you are moving again, you begin to feal "normal" agian.

i had a blood transfusion also, that isn't uncommon to have that happen.
As for feeling sick that is probably the pain meds ask them to give her some zophran (sp?) or phenogren, that should help with that alot.
